When seeking out the perfect Smoothie Bar Manager we knew we were in for a ride. This job not only encompasses customer service at the highest level, but the ability to multi task in more ways than one can imagine. It takes a flexible person who can adjust to almost any situation yet one who is thorough and on task for ordering and book keeping purposes. This job required a free spirited person for one aspect of the job yet one who was firm and could handle discipline. It required patience as all staff would need to be trained on the many facets of this department including procedures such as sterilization of equipment and such. 

Initially we thought this would be a hard find. Many of the jobs entailed in the position required a person of one nature or another to handle them well. This was seemingly the biggest challenge of our store. Who did we know with that many personality traits??

Deb Jennings, a mother of 6, was just that person. Who better to be able to manage things.  While raising six kids as a military wife for 20 years, Deb needed to be flexible. Her life required constant change and movement. With a large family, Deb certainly had the ability to wait on several people or tasks at the same time while having the firm hand to run her priorities well.

Having known her children for over 10 years I can attest to the fact that they are all exceptional students, athletes and respectable young people. As any parent knows this takes skill, dedication, flexibility, and a tough skin. When Deb has down time she enjoys taking in the scenes on her motorcycle, which embodies the free spirited well rounded person she is, making her the PERFECT  person for this position. 

When you meet Deb you will feel as though she has been your friend for life. I assure you, you will leave the smoothie bar happy and satisfied. Deb will see to it.
