A Message from Todd Landry

   Over the past twenty plus years there have been groups of scientists and health care professionals studying what could be termed "proactive medicine".  I have aligned myself with two of these groups.

   One group is known as Functional Medicine, where the focus is on how to eliminate chronic diseases.  We do not look to treat symptoms, instead we look to find the root of the problem that is causing the symptoms and fix that. The second group is Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine where the focus picks up once the chronic disease is dealt with or for those of you that have not started down the path of chronic disease. 

   These two disciplines - Functional Medicine and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine - have shown me that, while I may have to "grow up", at least I can effect my biological aging so I will be able to enjoy my "golden years" with my wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, instead of those years being "rusty", laid up in bed, void of energy and full of dormancy.
